It is hard to find anyone who would not know brands such as Nike, Coke, and iPhone but we still see advertisements for them. That is a testament that constant advertisement is needed for a brand or company to succeed. However, the search for the right combination of marketing can be costly, time consuming and tiring especially for a small company. At Pet Friendly we have tried them all! Television, radio, community events, newspaper, magazines, and everything in between without seeing the ROI we hoped to see. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to spend money on email marketing when Janet , our account manager, approached me. However, I figured it’s worth a shot since there is no contract involved and I could cancel at any time. We had to cancel our account with Constant Contact and open an account with MailChimp in order to use the email blast marketing but it all seems to have paid off. The choice of staying with this marketing program doesn’t require any thinking for me when I compare our growth from before we started the email blast to the growth since (8 emails – 2 months). If you have emails from customers that have visited your store then I highly recommend for you to put them to a good use with the email blast program.
